Every Vantage Homes terrace in Carseldine Village is built with the latest LHA requirements, a minimum 7-star NatHers rating and sustainable technologies including:
• A solar system and battery for energy storage
• An energy saving heat pump hot water system and 5-star efficient air-conditioning system
• An electric vehicle charger ready garage

Our terrace homes will individually produce enough renewable energy to offset the home's greenhouse gas emissions. In comparison to industry-standard homes, our houses will reduce emissions by at least 5 tonnes per year, making a significant contribution towards combating climate change.
