Innovative and accessible housing
March 2, 2020
Vantage Building Group has taken immense pride working with Apollo SDA and Gold Property to complete the construction for their latest flagship development at Deception Bay. Together we built an innovative and accessible housing community, with a holistic new approach to delivering accommodation for people living with a disability.
Savvy first home buyers are heading to the Sippy Downs knowledge precinct with attractive investment opportunities – leading the way is Vantage Building Group Views Residences project which is proving to be very good value for money. After an extensive search in surrounding suburbs, young professionals Jackson Wall and Kayla Stephenson have purchased their first home at Views and say that the suburb and development won hands down because of its proximity to the beach, work and its affordability. “We couldn’t be happier with our choice, I just love this suburb, it has everything we need. Jackson is an operations manager at nearby insurance company - it’s so close he can walk to work if he wants. The Chancellor shopping centre including a supermarket and specialty shops with great places to eat are a short drive away. “The University is growing all the time so it just keeps getting better and better and as more people move into the area the stronger the community feeling,” Kayla said.
The couple said that it was the spacious floor plan and design of their three-bedroom town home in the Views Residencies that got them over the line. “We looked at other properties in the suburb, but the size of this home and the quality of the design and build proved to be the best value for money,” said Jackson.
Kayla said that she initially found the idea of choosing the interior inclusions such as tiles, benchtops, splashbacks and cabinetry colours a little overwhelming but thanks to the expert assistance provided by the Vantage interior design team they were able to feel confident in their selections. “Vantage have this fantastic showroom called Design Trader on Duporth Avenue in Maroochydore where you can go in and see, touch and feel the finishes. We just loved the whole process,” Kayla said.
Views Residences sales consultant Donna McIntosh said the project has recorded strong sales since it was launched in mid September. “It’s great to see the first homeowners enter the market but interest has been strong from a range of buyers who are attracted to the project’s location, price and overall quality. “Six out of ten three-bedroom town homes with lock up garages have already been sold in Stage 1 while Stage 2 has just been launched which includes fourteen, two-bedroom and 2.5- bathroom town homes with an extra multipurpose room. Construction is progressing well and we expect residents will be able to move into Stage 1 by May 2020.”
