To be eligible, referral sale must go unconditional prior to $500 voucher being approved and issued. Referral is only applicable for people that have previously built with Vantage Building Group Residential Department. Referral buyer receives $500 to spend on home upgrades only at colour consultation. One voucher per person, per contract. No further discounts or promotions apply.
