COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE

Vantage Building Group's Commercial Department is comprised of experienced Project Managers and a core group of Site Foreman with the ability to source additional resources depending on the work load.

Working closely with the Managing Director, the team shares the same passion for construction and getting it right the first time. The high standard the Commercial Department displays reflects directly back to the quality end results seen in every commercial project.

Vantage Building Group's Commercial Division has also completed numerous developments for government organisations. Through Projects Services we have completed adaptable and non-adaptable affordable housing developments in metro and regional Queensland.

Vantage has also developed a separate specification specifically for Defence Housing Australia requirements. Projects completed in Brisbane and Townsville has seen Vantage become a preferred builder through one of the DHA's core developers.

RESIDENTIAL

Vantage has built a reputation across Queensland as a builder with an emphasis on "On time and on budget delivery".

Permanent staff members in residential include Residential Project Managers, Site Managers, Construction Administrator staff, a Drafting Department and an Estimating Department, ensuring this team has the capacity and strength to deliver in excess of 400 homes per annum.

Operating from the southeast corner of Queensland, over the last few years Vantage residential has mobilised its team to many remote locations including, Blackwater, Moranbah, Kingaroy, Roma, Emerald, Tara and Chinchilla. Our residential construction teams are adept at building in regional locations with the same focus on quality and strict adherence to important time constraints.

TOWN PLANNING

Vantage has the ability to investigate a site's development potential / constraints and provide advice to our clients regarding various development options.

Maximising yields to provide better outcomes for all clients allows Vantage to provide a seamless and complete design and construct service to existing and new clientele.

Vantage's Town Planning department has been involved in a wide range of projects including small lot housing, commercial, mixed use and industrial developments which allows them to not only identify the highest and best use for a development site, but then take the concept and efficiently manage the project to ensure it is "construction ready".
